In Angela's view, Mike is overreacting to her little mishap. She had loaned his Rolls Royce to her dear friend, Victoria. Now it sits in their garage with body damage. So she's made a little mistake. It's not as if there is a major crisis. After all, it's only a car! Well, Mike doesn't see it that way. He takes a very dark view of the whole matter.
